Some Turkish words i dont know.

This is the first of my efforts to show you some of the actual outfits I wear whilst I'm here...and yes it did involve a dash to the roof terrace before I went out. There aren't many places where I'm living to take photos and no one wants to see the dusty main roads of Gumbet in my pictures. Or the complete drunken chaos of Gumbet bar street. So the garden and the roof is about as varied as it's going to get.
This dress is the absolute easiest dress to wear that I own by far. It's literally put on and go and I can wear this to the hotel bar, to bar street or actually to pretty much anywhere without a fuss. Also good for covering lobster legs.
And now I have a question for you: What can I do with this leopard print top? I was given it by my Bf's family and although its not the worst top ever I really don't know what to do with it. Suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. I know what you mean!! I love my black maxi - i think they are so chic and you can be ready to go in seconds. The great thing is you can just add accessories to make the look directional.

Hmm, leopard print is so hot this Autumn but it is so difficult to get right! I think there are a few options. I'm thinking ladylike, tucked into a high-waisted pencil skirt, with a belt around the waist. Or, maybe sort of an 80's trashy look with highwaisted acid wash denim cut offs and bright red lips (but no heels, that way 'hooker territory' lies!!)

I guess I just don't like the waist band of the top, so I would cover it up! Hope you think they are good ideas maybe!

  5. difficult top! pencil skirt sounds fab or if you wanted to, wear it with tight skinny jeans, heels and then a fitted black blazer jacket for a night out, long necklace.....OR IF you don't mind attacking it a little cutting or stretching the top half could make it a slouchy off the shoulder, which I think would be a lot sexier!

  6. (off one shoulder I mean, not both shoulders, that wouldn't look right)

  8. Looking lovely!
I'd wear the top tucked into a high waisted skirt with those blingy sandals you've got. I love leopard print so much! If you do wear it, post a pic and show us how you decided to style it!
