My new blazer. It's a bit too big and it smells odd but I love it and I can see this being permanently stuck to my person this Autumn/ Winter. It's probably one of the best bargains I've ever found; it was £5 from a bootfair. Hence the slightly odd smell. It has a very faint smell of cigars, aftershave and the country but I actually quite like it. Thinking about it, the country smell might actually be from the country I walk around to take these pictures.
I went to Vogues FNO on Thursday which was quite good. I didn't see much in the way of free stuff which is crappy but I did get a couple of very nice cocktails in Selfridges. I never used to go to things like this as a train ticket to London from where I live is so expensive but now I work in London, I can just go to places quickly and cheaply and hop on the train home afterwards. I'm looking forward to actually being able to go to the things I'm invited to.
It's raining. Boooo.

The jacket is darling! I kind of like when things smell old, it gives them character. Oh and I am so jealous it's raining! It's 98 degrees as I type this and I'm dreaming of scarves and blazers and tights... Oh PS. you look like this Irish exchange student at my school, which is good, cause she's gorgeous!
