I guess that leaves dresses but then I'll have to wear one that I wanted to wear in Greece...oh how annoying... Also, my fear of losing my suitcase en route means that anything I wear will have to be suitable for a couple of days wear should the worst happen. Please god don't let it happen.
I think some consultation with the ladies I'm going with is in order...
What do other people wear?? I always fail to notice haha.

I wish I looked this good sunbathing. Unfortunately the sweating and being permanently covered in sand prevents this...

I think for flights I always go for comfort...a jersey dress with leggings, pumps and a comfy hoody!
ReplyDeleteI wore a skirt with tights (to avoid flashing) and then took my tights off once at my holiday destination's airport :) I also put all of my favourite cannot loose items of clothing (and any new things bought especially for my holiday) in my hand luggage. :) Hope you have a lovely time!

Bring spandex shorts to wear underneath your skirts; if those are still too long, try going to H&M or something like it, to find boyshorts swimwear because they're just slightly longer than underwear, but not too long so they won't show through. Also, I keep an extra change of clothes and my favorites in my hand luggage as well. If you can't fit much, just grab a dress and some underwear to stash in there somewhere because they take up the least room. Happy travels!
ReplyDeletei always worry about my suitcase going astray too. i have mistakenly worn jeans before & never again, must be a skirt or dress.
ReplyDeleteI ahte it now adays that you can't bring your toilet bad with you in the plane, only those mini sized bottels fitted in a mini bag - while one culd still pick up a te or two and some unies if the luggage were to be lost Iäd hate it to have to get all skin and make up products too (my freind went to Miami last year and her luggage was lost for teh entire trip).
ReplyDeleteI think travelling in a comfy dress is a good solution, preferrably with a belt. YOu can take off the blet in the plane for comfort and then chich the dress in after arrival for example...
I agree with Winnie.
ReplyDeleteI always travel in travel pants :-) Light and easy, once you don't need them they don't take much room.
